We have an application process, $45 per adult for app fees. All adults must apply and submit separate applications.  We check rental history, background, credit and proof of income must be 3x the monthly rent. ALL APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Application fees are required to process applications. Process cane take 2-3 business days. (If we have all required documents) Submit identification & proof of income via E-mail to chappellrentals@aol.com or text to 904-485-2635 ( we can print anything 😁)
Our homes are available on a "first come, first serve" basis and are not reserved until a hold/security rental deposit is paid. The Rental Deposit shall be refunded ONLY if Applicant is not approved.  Applicant(s) understand that the full rental deposit will be forfeited if applicant(s) withdraw their application. Landlord or Management may withdraw approval at any time before a lease agreement is fully executed for any reason.
